Sardinia Retreat

September 20-28, 2026

Sardinia, Italy & Carloforte, San Pietro Island

Your extraordinary journey begins in Cagliari, where we begin touring the ancient Nuragi village sites, and experience Pozzo Sacro di Santa Cristina, the Sacred Well, on the exact alignment of the Autumnal Solstice at 12 pm. The portal will open to our 1st initiation and ritual together, where thousands of years ago the water cults of the Divine feminine came to be one with the earth and cosmos. We will spend the following day taking the 30-minute ferry boat to Carloforte, San Pietro Island.  This is a breathtaking island gem, perfect for relaxation, tranquility, and wellness is off the southwestern coast of Sardinia. It's located just seven kilometers from the southwest tip of Sardinia — Italy’s magnificent island in the heart of the Mediterranean and one of the world’s famed Blue Zones, which boasts rich history for its vitality and longevity. Amidst stunning scenery, the sea shimmers in every shade of blue, and the island’s lush Mediterranean vegetation meets pristine beaches and volcanic, dramatic landscapes.

BODY: SOMATIC MOVEMENT & TANTRA YOGA

Experience the pleasure of slowing down and let yourself unwind. This is a transformative journey where the rhythm of the nature meets the wisdom of your body. Practice Tantra yoga, and Somatic movement, to listen for what your body's unique architecture craves most. Each day, we’ll start at the sea with a Qi Yoga practice, exploring the power of conscious breath, and the presence of devotion. We will swim in the calm waters after this morning practice. In late afternoon, we move into an embodied Tantra practice, a passionate place to pause and be present, meditate, and then an invitation to dance  to reconnect with your innate nature, and your heart’s loving intentions.

This isn’t just a training or any retreat - it’s your invitation to reset, recharge, and rediscover yourself in a unique location unlike any other.

MIND: MEDITATION, BREATH & SOUND PRACTICES

Our Meditation practices will be using mantra, mudra, breath, and sound frequency restore inner balance and healing by calming the mind and regulating the nervous system, which reduces stress, and promotes emotional resilience. Harmonious vibrations help "tune" the mind, quiet mental chatter, and deepen focus, allowing blocked energy to release and fostering a greater sense of calm and well-being. Together, these elevate your vibrational energy, align your system, and cultivate a profound connection to inner peace and vitality.
